Description: This new 162,000 sf courthouse includes three US District Courtrooms, one US Magistrate Courtroom, and one Bankruptcy Courtroom, with adjunct facilities and judges' chambers, jury assembly, probation, the US Marshal’s office, the US Attorney’s office, the Congressional office, building support offices, related rooms and spaces, and expansion capability for one additional courtroom. The courthouse contains four courtrooms that form a spiralling cresent around three heritage trees ranging in age from 200 to 500 years. The courthouse features curved glass walls with minimal framing, limestone walls with large openings, and an inner wall.
