Description: This new, 1,900,000 sf high-performance corporate headquarters project includes a 1,300,000 sf, 900-foot tower containing office space and a private club at the top. Also included is a 600,000 sf podium that contains a 500-seat cafeteria, conference center, a training center, controlled records storage, a 300-seat auditorium, gas/fuel marketing (commodity trading area), and a 120-foot atrium/rotunda entryway.  Cosentini designed an underfloor air distribution system using an innovative dual-path multi-zone system that allows separate perimeter cooling, and provides superior comfort control and indoor air quality.  This system includes MERV 13 filtration, system capability to supply 30% additional ventilation compared to code requirements, and CO2 monitoring as an indicator for ventilation air requirements.  IT services include structured cabling and all audiovisual facilities throughout the building with projection and flat-panel displays, sound systems, and remote controls.
